You will have the first floor of the floorplan below all to yourself, including bedroom, study, and bathroom. The 2nd floor kitchen and living room will be shared by us. If you have extra furniture/stuff that you want to bring up there that is a possibility. You will not get a garage space. There is non covered parking available however. I don't plan to have a land line phone, as I use my cell phone. If you require one we can discuss options.
